1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Options and Rates

We deliver orders within Metropolitan France. The applicable shipping fees are as follows:

• Pickup Point Delivery: €5.90

• Home Delivery: €8.90

• Free Delivery: Free shipping is offered on orders of €100 or more.

Dispatch and Delivery Times

• Dispatch times: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Parcel tracking: As soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier, you will automatically receive an email containing a tracking number so that you can track its progress.

Limitation of Liability

Once the parcel has been handed over to the shipping provider (Mondial Relay, La Poste/Colissimo or any other carrier):

• Our company shall not be held responsible for delivery delays attributable to the carrier.

• Our company accepts no liability in the event of loss, theft or damage to the parcel during transportation or delivery.

• In the event of any irregularity or if the parcel is damaged upon receipt, we recommend that you make a reservation or claim directly with the delivery driver or pickup point and contact the carrier's customer service.

2. Returns and Refunds Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with applicable legislation, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to notify us of your intention to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

Once the withdrawal has been notified, you have an additional period of 14 days to return the item to us.

Commercial Return Extension (Up to 28 Days – Clothing & Shoes Only)

To offer you greater flexibility, we accept returns of clothing and shoes up to 28 days after the initial receipt of your order (i.e. an additional 14 days beyond the statutory withdrawal period), subject to the following conditions:

• During the statutory period (first 14 days): Return shipping costs are covered depending on the amount of your initial order (see the Return Shipping Costs section).

• Beyond the statutory 14-day period (days 15 to 28): Returns remain accepted exclusively for clothing and shoes, but return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, regardless of the initial order amount.

• Exclusion after the statutory period: Accessories, bags, jewelry and cosmetics are not covered by this extension and will no longer be accepted for return or refund after the statutory 14-day period.

• After 28 days: No returns will be accepted, except where statutory warranties relating to hidden defects or lack of conformity apply.

Special Case: Cosmetics & Hygiene Products

In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, for reasons of hygiene and health protection, any cosmetic product that has been opened, unsealed, tested or used cannot be returned or refunded, even if it is returned within the statutory 14-day period.

Cosmetic products must therefore be returned intact, in their original sealed packaging or blister packaging.

General Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted and refunded, the products must meet all of the following conditions:

• Be in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free from any odor or stain).

• Be returned in their original packaging with all tags intact and still attached.

• For cosmetics: the original sealed packaging must remain unopened.

Return Shipping Costs

• Error on our part (defective item, incorrect size or incorrect model sent by us): The return is 100% free of charge. A prepaid return label will be provided by our customer service team.

• Returns within the statutory period (14 days):

  • Initial order below €80: Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

  • Initial order of €80 or more: Return shipping is free of charge. However, if you return part of your order and the final value of the items you keep falls below the €80 threshold, a flat fee of €4 will be deducted from your refund.

• Returns during the extended period (days 15 to 28 – Clothing & Shoes only): Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility, regardless of the initial order amount.

Return Procedure

1. Submit a request: Contact our customer service team by email at contact@nrconceptcurves.com, stating your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Prepare the parcel: Carefully place the items in their original pouch or box, together with the delivery note or your order number.

3. Ship the return: Send the parcel according to the instructions and return address provided by our customer service team.

Refund Terms

Once we have received and inspected the returned items:
