Terms and Conditions of Sale

1 – Purpose and Scope

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the “Terms”) apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales concluded by the micro-enterprise N&R Concept Curves (operated by Ms. Marjorie Huet) with consumers and non-professional buyers wishing to purchase the products offered for sale on the website www.nrconceptcurves.com.

Any order placed on www.nrconceptcurves.com constitutes the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

3 – Products and Availability

The products offered for sale are those displayed on www.nrconceptcurves.com at the time the user visits the website. Product offers are valid subject to availability.

Photographs and descriptions of the products are provided with the greatest possible accuracy. However, minor variations may occur, particularly in color due to differences in screen display, and shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the seller.

4 – Prices

The prices of our products are stated in euros (€), all taxes included (VAT included where applicable).

As a micro-enterprise, N&R Concept Curves benefits from the French VAT exemption regime (“franchise en base de TVA”) in accordance with Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. VAT is therefore not applicable and does not appear on invoices.

The prices displayed do not include processing, packaging and delivery costs, which are charged separately and clearly indicated before the order is finally confirmed.

N&R Concept Curves reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is registered.

5 – Orders

The customer places an order on www.nrconceptcurves.com by following these steps:

1. Selection of products and addition to the shopping cart;

2. Validation of the shopping cart;

3. Entry of delivery and billing information;

4. Selection of the delivery method;

5. Selection of the payment method and explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale;

6. Confirmation and secure payment of the order.

A confirmation email summarizing the order will automatically be sent to the customer.

N&R Concept Curves reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute relating to the payment of a previous order.

6 – Payment Methods

Payment for purchases is made in euros (€) through a fully secure payment system. Orders are only shipped after payment has been confirmed by our payment service providers.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Carte Bleue, via our secure payment providers Stripe / Wix Payments.

• PayPal: Payment via a PayPal account or directly by credit/debit card.

7 – Delivery

• Delivery areas: Metropolitan France.

• Delivery rates:

  • Pickup Point Delivery: €5.90

  • Home Delivery: €8.90

  • Free Delivery: Delivery is free for orders of €100 or more.

• Processing and dispatch times: Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• Transit times and tracking: Delivery times depend on the carrier selected (Mondial Relay, La Poste / Colissimo, etc.) and are generally 2 to 5 business days. A tracking number will be sent by email as soon as the order has been dispatched.

• Liability: N&R Concept Curves shall not be held responsible for delivery delays, loss or theft attributable to the carrier, or for incorrect delivery information entered by the customer. In the event that a parcel arrives damaged, the customer must make the appropriate reservations or claims with the carrier upon receipt.

8 – Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to notify N&R Concept Curves of their intention to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty.

After notifying N&R Concept Curves, the customer has an additional period of 14 days to return the products to the address provided by customer service.

Commercial Return Extension (Up to 28 Days – Clothing & Shoes Only)

Beyond the statutory 14-day period, N&R Concept Curves offers customers the possibility of returning clothing and shoes up to 28 days after receipt of the order, subject to the following conditions:

• Days 1 to 14 (statutory period): The applicable return fee policy applies (see Section 8.4).

• Days 15 to 28 (extended period): Returns remain accepted exclusively for clothing and shoes. Return shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the initial order amount.

• Exclusion after 14 days: Bags, jewelry, accessories and cosmetics are not covered by the commercial extension and will no longer be accepted for return or refund after the statutory 14-day period.

• After 28 days: No returns will be accepted, except where statutory warranties apply.

Acceptance Conditions and Exceptions (Cosmetics)

• Product condition: Items must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, free from odors and stains, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.

• Cosmetics: In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code (exceptions to the right of withdrawal for reasons of hygiene and health protection), any cosmetic product that has been opened, unsealed or tested cannot be returned or refunded, even if it is returned within the statutory 14-day period.

Return Costs and Responsibility

• Seller error or defective product: In the event of a preparation error or a confirmed defective product, the return is completely free of charge. A prepaid return label will be provided by the seller.

• Returns within the statutory period (first 14 days):

  • Initial order below €80: Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

  • Initial order of €80 or more: Return shipping is free of charge. However, if a partial return causes the final value of the items retained by the customer to fall below the €80 threshold, a flat return fee of €4 will be deducted from the final refund.

• Returns during the extended period (days 15 to 28 – Clothing/Shoes): Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility.

Refund Terms

After verification that the returned products comply with the return conditions, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a maximum period of 7 to 10 business days from receipt of the returned parcel.

9 – Statutory Warranties

All our products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the statutory guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

If the customer receives a non-conforming product or a product presenting a manufacturing defect, they must contact customer service at contact@nrconceptcurves.com upon receipt and provide supporting photographs.

If the defect is confirmed, an exchange or refund will be offered, with all return costs covered by N&R Concept Curves.

10 – Liability

N&R Concept Curves shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet, including service interruptions, external intrusions or the presence of computer viruses.

11 – Personal Data (GDPR)

The personal data collected from customers is necessary for the processing of orders, shipment, returns and invoicing.

This data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete and object to the processing of their personal data by contacting: contact@nrconceptcurves.com.

12 – Disputes and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer agrees to first contact N&R Concept Curves customer service at contact@nrconceptcurves.com in order to seek an amicable resolution.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code relating to amicable dispute resolution, the customer may, free of charge, refer the matter to a consumer mediation service in the event that a complaint has not been resolved by customer service.

If no amicable agreement can be reached, the dispute may be brought before the competent French courts.
